Elizabeth Ballard, BHK, MPT
Founder & Lead Physiotherapist

Elizabeth Ballard is a registered physiotherapist specializing in neurological physiotherapy, with over 17 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, and chronic disease management. Based in Cranbrook, BC she is passionate about helping individuals regain mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized, evidence-based therapy, with a strong focus on health promotion and preventative care.

A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Beth integrates the latest advancements in neurological and orthopedic physiotherapy. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes hands-on care, movement retraining, and education to empower clients throughout their recovery.

Outside the Clinic:
Beth loves exploring the Kootenays with her husband and two boys. Whether it’s camping, hiking, or yoga, she finds joy in staying active and connected with nature.

Shawndelle Pocha BSc.P.T.


Shawndelle is an English and French speaking physiotherapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and a special interest in helping individuals to regain function after suffering a stroke.  

She loves to help people to regain movement, independence and dignity.  She brings listening, compassion, creativity, fun and hope into her therapy interactions. Her clinical practice is shaped by over 25 years of experience and advanced training in neurological rehabilitation.

Born and raised in Ottawa, she moved to Cranbrook in 2000. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, water sports, photography and volunteering in kids and music ministries at her church.

Shawndelle’s career has been spent in diverse care areas including hospital, out-patient, rehabilitation unit and community settings.  Her clinical practice has focused on the following areas:

Nathan Hargrave MSc.OT
Occupational Therapist


Nathan Hargrave is a registered Occupational Therapist who completed his studies at
the University of Alberta. He is dedicated in supporting individuals achieve meaningful
goals that enhance their independence and quality of life in everyday activities.

Nathan has a particular clinical interest in neurological conditions and in supporting
individuals to live safely and successfully in their home environment. He applies a client-
centred approach, meeting individuals where they are in their healthcare journey and
tailoring interventions to their unique needs and priorities.

With experience in neurological and cognitive rehabilitation, Nathan is committed to
promoting independence through evidence-informed practice and individualized care.
He is driven to create a lasting, positive impact for the individuals and families he works with.

Outside of his professional practice, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors, including
fishing and camping during the summer months, snowboarding in the winter, and quality
time with his growing family.
